Reporting channels are available on this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.7 Health and Safety<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comply with safety regulations and promptly report potential hazards; the use of alcohol or illegal drugs in the workplace is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consequences of Violations<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Violators will be subject to disciplinary action (warning, suspension, dismissal, etc.); those suspected of illegal activities will be handed over to judicial authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Training and Improvement<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ethics and compliance training will be conducted quarterly; new employees will complete training within one week of joining the company; this commitment will be reviewed and updated annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Third-Party Compliance<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suppliers, agents, and other third parties will be required to comply with the same standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Global Applicability and Local Law Precedence<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of any conflict between this commitment and mandatory local laws, the local laws shall prevail; however, this website remains committed to adhering to the highest ethical standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dispute Resolution<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any dispute arising out of or relating to this commitment shall be submitted to arbitration by an arbitration institution and place of arbitration designated in writing by both parties.
